Under Eye Toning Gel

i like the packaging, i'm not sure if it decreases puffiness but i noticed my dark circles are slightly less darker, i like the cooling tingling sensation, very expensive to re-buy

It did reduce the puffiness of my eyes...but the part that it can reduce dark circles...which I don't see any result for that.

the product claims to diminish puffiness. well i don't know , couldn't see a difference but its so cooling and refreshing it gives your spirits a lift.
