    Although there are equally effective drugstore lotions, Clinique's balm is a nice indulgence. It's very soothing and refreshing after a hot day. I consider it a summer vacation splurge.

    I guess this would come in handy if you had a pretty bad sunburn because it does cool the skin. However how often would any of us let ourselves be baked by the sun.
