After a not-so-great experience with TBS's Seaweed toner, I'm glad to say this one lives up to its claims. It's not your typical astringent toner, this one has a rich, milky consistency, and yet...

leaves my face feeling rehydrated and brighter. Not the best toner I've used but definitely up there and would purchase again.
