This is one of my favorite brushes for applying eyeliner (whether it is cream or powder). I don't fill in my brows, though I suspect this brush would work well for that too. Its bristles are nice...

MAC #266 is my favorite brush. I line my upper lashes with it everyday. Using powder shadows, paints, or pigments, it creates a fine straight line. I love this brush!!
