Mascara

PF makes great eyeshadow, but the mascara is horrid-- dries very fast, clumpy.

Mascara and other pencils form that company are very harsh and dry. A soon as I opened this mascara, I saw how dried up it was. I don't know how long its been in the store, but I got it in Target...
