Cat Eye Ink

The. Absolute. Worst. It was dry, never worked and never even made a mark on my eyelid.

High hopes, it's only okay. The tip is great, it lends itself to great applications and doesn't increase skipping and the ink flows well through it. Sadly, the ink isn't fully pigmented in black....
