Volume Extend Conditioner

Love it!! It doesn't weigh my hair down. And it smells good. After a week I can see the differences. Even when I use it and as I'm rinsing it out I can feel the differences from other conditioners...

Absolutely terrible conditioner. It left my fine hair limp and with a film on it. This sweetly scented conditioner is supposed to add volume and fortify fine or flat hair. It does not. It weights...
