Peel Off Base Coat

This a peel off base to use under a LED lamp. I don't know if the reviewer below knew this, but without the lamp it doesn't work! I have the Sensationails lamp but as this stuff is so much cheaper...

Awful product, I coated my nails, waited for it to dry and become clear, started to apply my first coat of varnish (A Maybelline Color Show one) and immediately a bubbled crumpled looking...
