Liquid Sand - Wharf! Wharf! Wharf!

Dark blue colour without shimmer or glitter. I liked the navy colour but it looked really flat on its own. Adding a Poshe top coat made it look better and glossy but you can still see the gritty...

this is my first liquid sand.. to be honest it was nice but i tend to like shiny nail polishes not matt.. didn't try adding a top coat but its a nice burple
