Hi-lift bleach

This is the only bleach I use. I use it for my roots, all over bleaches and bleach baths. I also used it on my sisters hair when she was going from black to red. It's a not a bad price price...

This review is for Hi-lift bleach. You should stay away from this, it just makes your hair a horrible shade of yellow
