    Expensive. Cakes into the tiniest line and does nothing for under eye shadows. Avoid!

    I prefer sheer coverage under the eyes and have minimal dark circles (constant use of Vit C serum has helped tremendously) and I like PTR's CC eye cream - so I was interested in trying the Dior...
