Gentle cleansers wet cleansing wipes

I don't know how these can be labelled as 'gentle' or 'sensitive'? These sting the living daylights out of my eyes after I remove my mascara with them and I end up with red eyes for the next 24...

I got the equate brand. I usually use philosophy scrub, purity out my homemade scrub. These made me feel like I'd lit my face on fire. I'm so glad I didn't spend more money than I did! ouchie!
