    While this is no miracle in a tube for me, I did notice that this product helps to consistently de-puff my eyes. Maybe that's the "brightening" claim, I don't know but I like it for that reason....

    I got this free from BzzAgent. I find the vibrating thing on the end to be very gimmicky and ineffective, but worst of all, this cream irritated my eyes. This is going in the trash.
