    The eyeliner looks fabulous.. problem is, it just won't stay on. It smudges and vanishes within an hour, which is unfortunate, because it looked really nice while it lasted.

    I've had no problems with the creme eyeliner. I had to practice quite a bit to get the application perfected. It doesn't smear or smudge on me like it has on others.
