Blissfully Blue

I just got this today and i love it!!!! It was on clearance for 1.99. Finger paints are usually around 5 dollars so it was pretty much a bargain. This goes on well and doesn't streak at all....

I really like this polish. I picked it up from Sallys. I believe it was on clearance, as I paid only $2 for it, and usually these are like $4 or $5. I thought it was the prettiest pale or pastel...
