    My go to liner for smokey eyes as I like to smudge my liner a little. When I am not deliberately smudging however, this liner still stays in place for me.

    This eyeliner looks beautiful when it's on and goes on very dark but the only issue is that it smudges. It doesn't even stay on my waterline for more than maybe 20 mins before it starts to smudge....
