This is a deep navy color. I put it on this morning and 10 hours later it's still on w minimal smudging. What more could u ask for? it has a lot of pigment and goes on easily. it blends well. ...

This is such a gorgeous color. It really helps make my gold brown eyes pop. It can be a little rough going on but I've found that if I keep it sharpened and hit it w/ my blow dryer for a few secs...

I saw this eyeliner and bought it cuz it had great color. But I wouldn't buy it again because it's really rough on my skin! It wasn't that big of a deal tho since it's really cheap at 99 cents.

Probably the eyeliner I use most! Very cheap (.99) but a great product. This is called #657 Deep Blue Kohl Eyeliner. A wax/pencil type, in a dark blue that wears all day without fading a bit. Great...
