    Frankly I don't have much to compare this to, because I haven't used many other brands of base coat. But I suffer from ridged nails and this fills my ridges quite well! Serves as a smooth base...

    I'm way impressed with this base coat! I put on one coat of this and two coats of "for audrey" and then the sally hansen insta dri top coat...and I have not seen even the slightest chip for 3 days!...
