    i absolutely love this eye liner. i used to use the stila smudgepot which was 20.00 but since i've found this! and you cant beat the price!! the packaging isnt all that great..but damn what a steal.

    For $3, it's great. But the product is just okay to me. I apply with the Ecotools slanted eyeliner brush and have to go over it a few times to get the "true black" that everyone talks about....
