Fancl has been reformulated several times already, but that isn't "new". In fact, that
formula has already been replaced by a different one back in 2017. The Fancl US site isn't up to date or perhaps they're selling its older formula in

Have you tried the Body Shop Chammomile Balm? Not quite the same but close. If you get to the stage to try a drippy oil, Kose Softymo is lovely.

I double cleanse everyday with Kose Softymo. I emulsify, rinse and wipe b4 RO
My 2nd cleanse, which is either Vanicream foaming Cleanser or Cerave Hydrating Cleanser.
