I love Paula's Choice toners, they are basically a light serum; I pour a nickel to quarter size ++
I haven't had any issues with applying, but it takes some work to remove. Otherwise I like it.
i think it's great when you are stuck with one of those gentle cleansers that doesn't remove ++
