I think most of the time they suggest periodic scraping down the sides during mixing and RO
a final mix to make sure everything is incorporated. It's not a flaw; I think the paddle would have to actually make contact with the sides and bottom

a better job. The only exception would be Supercuts or something. I can cut better then them. They’re just awful. I’m sure there are good stylists
