Kewpie is a Japanese Mayo. It’s thick, eggy, and works great for Japanese foods. I do like that
Hellmans has the extra tang from added lemon juice. When I can’t find kewpie, I use Duke’s because it’s subtle. I’m enjoying this blue plate thicker
