try alchohol or acetone (nail polish remover). But try to get as much out first by using some +
laundry detergent, scrubbing, and rinsing. The laundry detergent won't get all the ink out but removing as much as possible before using the alcohol

I used to dye my clinic provided scrubs, to refresh color. The spots with Sharpie stains
would not accept new dye. I have a feeling it will be the same with printer ink.
