I wouldn't say it's dusty. I don't generally gravitate toward dustier looking polishes myself.
The crelly formula is going to make it a little bit later in tone though, I think. The closest polish I have to the base color is actually another nig

What about a Zoya PixieDust texture polish? That way if it does +
Chip then you could easily touch it up. No need for a top coat either. They dry super fast too. Also would look so gorgeous in the sun and sparkle!
