Thoughts on the Zoya Neons+
I did a skittle manicure with the Zoya neon colors and I love them! They are far from perfect. Don't believe Zoya when they say these are two coat neo

I've worn Janie and Banks now. Banks is super dark but it is like a good version of Orly Saturated+

That's the hardest thing to get non-streaky. I use Zoya Brenna with the wide brush and also+
