Is Cirque switching over to white caps on everything? In the banner it looked like maybe they had ++
a new collection to pitch. I knew their neons this year have white caps (fine, Zoya did that too), but Facets is now also shown as having white caps

I just bought a new bottle of OPi Elephantastic Pink +
It was super thick. I thinned it and it still went on streaky and patchy. Are newer OPIs like that? I usually wear Zoya. Thanks!

I am in the "Zoya never dries" camp, so for that brand in particular it works best for me to do++
basecoat and then only one coat of color in the evening, and then do the second color coat and tc in the morning. So that's my advice if time is too s

It's a gorgeous blue, I just didn't love it on me. I'm really fussy with blues in general though. +
I think it's very dupable i.e. Revlon Coastal Surf, Zoya Yummy etc.
