Applied lightly under the eye it blends beautifully and dries down to a happy medium of not a glow wet mess nor so matte and dry your eyes look 100.

Also beige/tan is classic - it’s a bad color for me too, but a silk scarf
in your best colors next to your face is all that matters IMO
