I have dry eye too and recently started using Merit Clean Lash ROP
It doesn’t irritate my eyes and it is the only tubing mascara I found that really does come off easily with water. It’s not a real dramatic mascara

When I do a subtle contour, Westman Atelier Biscuit is the best. It does make a difference on me.+
