It's quite a list. Quick Blue powder bleach with 20 volume developer, Wella T28 which I wasn't +
pleased with so I toned again with T18, then on the roots I used the Wella Demi in 7A. Before that the roots were too light so it didn't really stick

i'd use Wella demi in ash or neutral. I prefer Color Touch but Sally's demi Wella looks neutral/ash

I use colorsilk or ion from Sally’s with 20 v. Mix and then process for about 40 min and then rinse.
I have level 3 hair, and maybe could get away with a 10 volume but I now have a lot of greys coming in so I’ve heard 20 v is better for that. Ion runs
