Red liquid lipstick (stila), eyeshadow - I prefer high end eyeshadows (e.g. tarte, too faced, viseart), although colourpop is good too. Haven't tried

Same. The blushes are fantastic, the shadows didn't work for me+++
I found the darker colors to be patchy and have a lot of fallout. For example, if I try to draw a line with a pencil brush with a dark Surratt shadow

You are right to be concerned. I ordered a jouer blush palette and Olaplex, and it ++
Came in a box all loosely tossed in with some stuffing paper. Opened the blush and part of the actual powder had broken. I sent it back with photos.
