Surratt is universally consistent with quality. I’ve had hit or miss with TF$, Mac and UD, some colors are amazing others trash. Depends on the shade.

I’m not an expert at any sort of complicated looks but +
when I venture beyond “one and done” I like to use a matte beige or peach shade to even out my lid, a darker matte transition shade to make the fleshy
