2nd Sebamed liquid. Anything with 5-5.5 pH, even Vagisil works well as a body wash for dry skin

The big thing, initially, is narrowing down ingredients that her skin does or doesn't tolerate. ++
Make a list of every product that she has used - skin care items, makeup, shampoo, conditioner, etc. - and put them into 'okay' or 'not okay' lists.
