The Ordinary Marine Hyaluronics. Make sure to lock in the hydration with a good serum and moisturizer afterward. Vichy Mineral 89 is a nice HA serum

For feel/function/end-result Paula’s Choice C15 is really close to CE Ferulic IME +++
it has a lot longer ingredient list, but they seem to be all helpful in some way. (that’s the EU versions for both Skinceuticals and Paula’s Choice
