Probably all 3, but be cautious. I have found that hands down the BEST ss for this is Ultrasun+

Most good Lip Balms with SPF have a (slight) white cast because of one or more of the ss filters. ro
I like the Ultrasun SPF30 one but also LRP Anthelios SPF50+. But I don't mind a white cast because I'll wear lipstick on top of it. See also this post
