ok, I would recommend 1. A good lower pH cleanser. Cerave makes a good one, Cerave Foaming+
that contains ceramides and niacinamide and is abt pH 5.5. Niacinamide is great for anti-ageing, if your skin can tolerate it. YMMV for everything.
