I like Urea Cream 40%. Hydrates and takes away
Dryness and cracking. Great for elbows. I got mine at Walmart.com about $10.

Same skin; I've been using Eucerin Urea Smoothing Cream 5% for the past couple of weeks +
all around my eyes and it has really improved my skin moisture levels. Inexpensive, and you can use it on your whole face if you want.

Agree! I use glycolyic acid wash, good oils and urea cream
to keep body skin moisturized. Shoulders, chest, neck face and hands get the face treatment.
