I think Sephora has always done this. And I also think Ulta is eating into their market so a good++
way for Sephora to differentiate itself is by having the more trendy and niche brands in their store. I don't think they are marketing to younger kid

DS I will more likely to to Ulta than CVS/Walgreens. But Target has stepped up its game lately so I can often find what i need there just like at Ulta
