Certain ULTA locations have racist people working for them. I have experienced this at 2 different locations.

I hate that this happened to you! I think you can just call Ulta and ask to be removed r/o
from their mail list. I think that low and no buys are a good practice if you are trying to reduce your spending. You will be missed!
