CG Exhibitionist does this for me. I always use a business card/piece of cardboard behind lashes to+
help separate while applying, which also helps prevent clumps and protects my lid from smudges. The Tweezerman metal lash comb is great, too.

My eyes aren't "truly" hooded, but are small, almond. I'd given up on lash curlers till I ++

Morphe
On the morphe site it has 2 different ones. I have both and they work as good as my old tweezerman ones- when they were great. Morphe ones $6 each

Rubis. (Swiss Tweeze.) Tweezerman aren't worth it anymore. Rubis last forever and +++
don't need sharpening (if you don't drop them from a height onto a hard surface and they land on the points). And they get the tiniest, thinnest hairs

I have both Revlon and Tweezerman. I've had my Revlon's for years and like them so much more.
