if its an active infection you will need it treated, usually with both topical and internal rx
antifungals, this is true as well with fungal acne, and its much more efficient than overhauling skincare that can work fine if the infections cleared

Nothing can cure Rosacea; you can only manage to get it under control. rop
RX topical and oral treatments (Metro, Finacea, Efracea/Oracea etc.) can help tremendously but they won't help getting rid of Rosacea. Laser treatment

What medication was it? You are no longer on it, right? How long ago did you stop it?+
If it was a med that affected hormones, and you have stopped taking it just recently, it may take 3-6 months for your skin to get back to normal on it
