It was definitely Too Faced, could be either Peach Perfect or Born This Way.
PP is the one with the strongly sweet scent, but it's not dewy, it's a satin matte. I'd guess it was BTW.

Tried Too Faced Better Than Sex WP mascara --- it's going to be my new HG. I like ++
