I'll be the odd one out and say that my hair doesn't need any product to bounce & curl. It does +
need a cream or mousse for moisture, not hold. My hair is CURLY, not wavy, never looks straight or limp

IDK what the normal policy is up there, but they sold you bad product. They should at least +++
