Try soaking cotton in acetone then place it onto your nails and wrap in foil+
Let it sit for as long as you can if you have on regular gel polish again. You can buff the top coat off but stop before you start hitting the nail. I

Gel is damaging but soaking it off isn’t as bad +
You shouldn’t have these harsh ridges that was avoidable, never let them use a drill. You’re better off getting pure acetone and soaking your gel off

Have you tried Temptalia's foundation matrix yet? Give that a try. If it helps, I am MAC nw20 +++
and I wear 2c3 Fresco. If you are more warm but not THAT warm/yellow, maybe look at one of the N shades (2n1, 2n2, 1n2). But check out Temptalia's m
