I blend the Sisley with fingers and the applicator which has a nice cooling feel. I apply the TE+
direct from the brush applicator, blend with fingers. Then I buff with a damp BB.

Ugh. Either your nail tech was new to dip or in a rush. Yes, you can file but you have to rop
be extremely careful that you don't tear the skin. I wouldn't use a nipper though. First file the sidewalls so at least it will look a little cleane
