I wear clothing (UPF 50+ etc), instead of SS. If needing actual SS, I'd stay away from sprays & ROP
only use lotions. I feel like in the US at least, avobenzone SS tends to be cheaper than zinc oxide SS, so I think you will save money using avobenzon
