Jeez, I ordered the FAIR COOL shade and it did the EXACT SAME thing to me but++
I was WARNED in the Amazon reviews that it ran “dark” so ordered a shade that I THOUGHT was a lot lighter (but the only “cool” toned option I think).

Toned) and it’s lovely under whatever complexion product I wear (TM, skin tint, foundation) AND on top as a very subtle natural highlighter. NO glitt
