I don't understand how liner would get beneath the skin's surface if you're lining at the base of +
the lashes? Did they mean when you line the part that touches the eyeball (that's waterlining, though, not tightlining), and it gets under the eyelid?

Idk that I'd call it advice so much as a medical warning against tightlining++
I saw some article showing how black liner had built up beneath the skin's surface for some people and scared ts out of me so I haven't done it since.
