Agree with Lauren's rec below for Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liners. For drugstore I'd say either+
NYX Epic or L'Oreal Infallible (Grip Precision or Flash Cat) - L'Oreal Grip Precision offers a few more colors beyond your standard black or brown.

I didn't see Zoeva brushes at mine, but they were fully stocked with a lot of Real Techniques+
brush sets and beauty blenders. Also saw a bunch of the really big 6 oz. jars of Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm as well as the smaller 4 oz.
