It has to do with the light and the angle. I have solstice and see a shift for sure++
unless you're just not getting enough of it on there for it to be opaque. Are you putting it overtop of an adhesive base? It helps with making it bold

I have several, NYX Voodoo, UD Lounge, UD Solstice. When applying, I always seem to end up with one shade (red) on my lids but never seeing the green.
